*What’s Included?
- Preventative Maintenance: Replace, repair, or adjust the various tool components of the Equipment as necessary to maintain tool performance and keep your equipment functioning accurately and efficiently.
- Annual Calibration: Calibration of the sampler and/or pressure probes of the equipment once a calendar year during the Term of the contract.
- Repairs for Normal Wear & Tear: Westbay will repair such Equipment at a Westbay facility or, at Westbay’s discretion and if authorized by Customer, at Customer’s facility or the job site.
- Spare Parts: Spare parts for the “spare parts kit” of each piece of Equipment as required for normal operation of the Equipment.
- Routine Inspections: Identify and address potential issues before they impact operations.
- Certified Operator Training: Ensure your team is fully equipped to operate and maintain the system.
- Replacement of Worn Components: Extend the longevity of your system with timely part replacements. Additional charges apply for misuse-related damage or replacement of consumables like cables and hoses
