After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to wind down and close the operations of Westbay Instruments effective April 23, 2026.
This decision was not taken lightly and follows a thorough evaluation of the business and reflects a combination of factors, including sustained economic pressures, rising operating costs, and evolving market conditions that have made it increasingly challenging to continue operations.
We want to emphasize that this decision is not a reflection of our employees, customers, or the quality of our products. We are proud of the work we have done and the strong relationships we have built over the years.
We are working to the best of our ability to ensure an orderly wind-down of operations. To the extent reasonably possible, we are supporting our existing customers during this transition and will work to assist, where possible, in identifying alternative supply options.
